The restaurant of the Hotel Bella Vista has all of its tables set out on the terrace, securing a superb view of the Îles Sanguinaires. The chef is none other than Richard Toix, long a MICHELIN-starred chef in his restaurant near Poitiers. He delivers cosmopolitan cuisine, blending influences from Corsica and the French mainland as well as from his long stays in Asia, which have nourished his imagination and his palette. Naturally, his cuisine is particularly attuned to flavours, a case in point being the apricot, tomato, anchovy and crumble starter, another being his delicious dessert combining honey and Brocciu cheese, an ode to the "Island of Beauty".
