Jérémie Le Calvez's excellent restaurant is housed in the fine 17C stone-built Le Clos Saint Yves, which was an important religious cabinet-making workshop until the late 19C. The chef leans into the zeitgeist with his array of fresh contemporary dishes. This fine and inventive cuisine highlights the best ingredients of the Breton region, while keeping in step with the seasons. The beautiful dining room with its exposed stonework overlooks a small garden. On the restaurant floor, Jessica runs the show.
