You have to ring the bell to enter this small restaurant in the middle of Nuremberg's old town. It is a lovely intimate setting, with its cosy and inviting atmosphere and extremely charming and attentive front-of-house team. Working together seamlessly, Andree Köthe and Yves Ollech have developed a cooking style that is truly one of a kind and defies categorisation. Their creativity knows no bounds, resulting in exquisite and intelligently crafted dishes in which vegetables take centre stage, showcasing local produce. Their unwavering dedication to sustainability, embodied by their "leaf to root" approach, sets a remarkable example.
