Hyun is a luxurious take on Korean barbecue, focusing squarely on top-notch Japanese A5 Wagyu, butchered in-house and grilled tableside. Enter this temple of indulgent tranquility to discover sleek dark wood, cool slate surfaces, and private rooms.The Hyun-makase is the gateway into this one-of-a-kind meal which takes you on a journey of 12 different pieces of Japanese A5 Wagyu. Each piece is expertly prepared tableside and served alongside house-made fresh kimchi, green lettuce for wrapping, and a crispy scallion salad that balances the unctuous Wagyu.
