Abutting the swanky upmarket Hervé Dining Room, MaSa (Manipulator of Savours) is the same chef’s more accessible sibling eatery. As opposed to a multi-course experience, the menu focuses on French tapas to share. The food shows a hint of Asian accents, paired with a well curated wine list.
