Already owners of a restaurant (In-Fine) in the town centre, Grégory and Cécile Doucey have set up their new establishment (complete with terrace) on Frontignan's marina. Unsurprisingly, freshly caught fish and shellfish (such as oysters from the Étang de Thau) are the focal point for this Mediterranean cuisine, which also makes a feature of local produce. Meat eaters can opt for meats from Aveyron, and all diners will enjoy the fruit and vegetables from Hérault.
