La opinión de la Guía Michelin
A sure highlight for wine lovers during a stay in Argentina. Malbec, a grape variety originally from Cahors, has come into its own in the heart of the winegrowing lands throughout the Mendoza region. Around Maipú, Luján de Cuyo and in the Valle de Uco - wilder, less frequented and with grandiose landscapes - there are many bodegas, often resembling monumental constructions, in which architecture, design and gardens vie with each other in ambition and audacity.
