At the northwest tip of Okinoerabu island, not far from Cape Tamina, Okidomari seaside boasts a shallow coral lagoon. Colonies of sea turtles often move between the cape and the small port next to the site, so it is not unusual to observe them from the beach. Between the ribbon of white sand of the beach and the lofty limestone cliffs covered with vegetation, a large grassy expanse serves as a camping ground (showers, conveniences).
